My 4-year-old gets frustrated with puzzles: simpler toys or keep going?

My 4 year old gets frustrated with puzzles and throws them. Should I switch to simpler toys or keep encouraging her?

Frustration at 4 is very common. Try puzzles with fewer, bigger pieces and do the first few together, then step back. Praise effort, not completion. If she stays upset, pause and return later: short, successful sessions build persistence.

General guidance from a verified professional, not a diagnosis. For concerns about your child, consult a professional directly.
